Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.

2. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using reliable postal services such as Royal Mail.

Delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Typical delivery times may include:

  • UK Standard Delivery: approximately 2–5 working days

  • UK Tracked Delivery (if selected): approximately 1–3 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Tasleem Cards is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.

Tasleem Cards cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
