Returns & Refund Policy – Tasleem Cards

At Tasleem Cards, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

2. Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Personalised or custom-made products (if applicable)

  • Items returned without contacting us first

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

5. Delivery Issues

Tasleem Cards is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. However, if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
